I am dedicated to providing personalized and effective treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs. With a focus on recovery and overall well-being, I utilize evidence-based techniques to ensure optimal results and improved quality of life. I also rely on a team of medical experts in the community, and connect with any of your other providers to ensure you reach your full potential.

As a physical therapist, I treat people who have neurological, muscular and skeletal impairments. Everything from low back pain to plantar fasciitis to simply helping you improve your balance and strength- these are all in my wheelhouse. I also specialize in treating endurance athletes, pelvic health / incontinence, vestibular (balance) issues, hip labral tears/reconstruction/PAO rehabilitation and sports related injuries. With 20 years of experience, I enjoy working with people of all age groups and backgrounds.

  • You have access to the care you need, and may choose either 60 minute or 30 minute treatment sessions.

Bloom PT clinic is dedicated to providing exceptional physical therapy services tailored to each patient's unique needs.

Dr. Jessica (Cozine) Lehman is originally from Tucson, AZ. She has lived in Colorado Springs for the past 25 years. She earned her B.A. from Northern Arizona University and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from Regis University. Jessica has been a private practice owner for 14 years. She is a classifier for U.S. Paralympic cycling, Associate Faculty at the CU School of Medicine, Chief Delegate for the Colorado APTA, and volunteers in her community as well. Over the last 20 years, Jessica has served the Colorado APTA as Co-Chair of the Professional Development Committee, SE District Chair and as a delegate for over a decade. She has been honored to be awarded both the Bob Doctor Service Award, as well as the Colorado Physical Therapist of the Year. She enjoys trail running, reading and spending time with her husband, their two children, their dog and two cats.
